Satokowashi-hen, Part 7 (郷壊し編其ノ七, Village-Destroying Chapter, Part 7) is the twenty-fourth and final episode of Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Gou.
Summary
Miyo Takano has a nightmare wherein she fails in her operation and commits suicide at the request of Nomura and Tetsurou Okonogi. She wakes and recieves a call from Nomura, instructing her to begin the final phase of her plan. During the Watanagashi Festival, Satoko Houjou sneaks away from her friends and spies on Takano and Jirou Tomitake breaking into the Saiguden. In the Sea of Fragments, Satoko reveals the Eua that she plans on assuming the role of Oyashiro to prevent Rika Furude from leaving Hinamizawa. She plans on doing this by preventing the tragedies of Hinamizawa and stealing Takano's vial of H-173.
