Nekodamashi-hen (猫騙し編, Cat Deceiving Chapter) is the fourth arc of Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Gou. Nekodamashi-hen is unique in that it features several different fragments instead of a single one.

Trivia
- There are several fragments depicted in Nekodamashi-hen.
- The first episode opens with events similar to the preceding arc Tataridamashi-hen. After this point, Rika promises to commit suicide if she cannot escape Hinamizawa after five loops.
- The second episode features Rika failing to solve four of her promised five loops:
- She is killed by Mamoru Akasaka in the first.
- She is killed by Akane Sonozaki in the second.
- She is killed by Kiichirou Kimiyoshi in the third.
- She is killed by Keiichi Maebara in the fourth.
- Rika fails the fifth loop in the third episode, wherein she is killed by Satoko Houjou.
- An indeterminate previous fragment is shown in the fourth episode.
- Similar to Himatsubushi-hen, the fourth arc of the original Higurashi no Naku Koro ni, Nekodamashi-hen features the return of Mamoru Akasaka.
