Summary
Keith Kisaragi and Alan Aramaki successfully pull off their assassination, killing Davis Degawa and his bodyguards. Rose Haibara announces the formal creation of District 23's Association for Native Japanese Commerce and is subsequently introduced to Gabriel Kaburaya.
