"Scene: 15" is the fifteenth chapter of the Rose Guns Days manga.
Summary
Miguel Kurashiki becomes impressed by the imprisoned Wayne Uedera's resolve. He tells Wayne about his time during World War II before being interrupted by Amanda Amamiya. Having long distrusted Amanda, Miguel shoots her in the arm. Caleb Keireiji enters and is enraged by Amanda's injury. He officially dismisses Miguel after hearing his misgivings regarding Amanda.
Caleb meets with Philip Butler to discuss the terms of his exclusivity rights upon paying the one-hundred-million dollars. After leaving this meeting, Caleb is shot by a sniper, however he manages to escape. Philip laments the failed assassination.
