"Scene: 16" is the sixteenth chapter of the Rose Guns Days manga.
Summary
Rose Haibara organizes a meeting with Philip Butler and Meijiu Lee. The three plan to work together in order to bring down Caleb Keireiji. Shortly afterwards, a body is found that resembles Wayne Uedera. Rose is distraught by this and resolves to kill herself as well as Caleb using a bomb. Leo Shishigami talks her out of this and the two discuss their dreams for Japan's future.
