Summary
The members of Club Primavera are visited by Caleb Keireiji, who is revealed to be a powerful boss in District 23. He previously feuded with Alfred Akagi, but now holds complete control over the district. Keireiji requests a ten-million-dollar payment from Primavera in order to further his goal of restructuring the job market to better suit Japanese citizens.
