Summary
Rose Haibara collapses from exhaustion and is rushed to the hospital. Alan Aramaki's relationship with Yuki is troubled due to his involvement with Primavera, as Yuki claims to hate the mafia. However, unbeknownst to Alan, Yuki is actually Meixue Lee, the younger sister of the Golden Dragons officer Meijiu Lee. After Rose recovers, Yuki, Meijiu Lee, Rose, Stella Maiougi, Richard Maiougi, and Philip Butler meet to discuss the consolidation of power in District 23.
