Stella Maiougi (ステラ 舞扇, Maiougi Sutera, born Sumiko Maiougi) is a Japanese gangster and prostitute working for Club Primavera. After Season 2, she retires from prostitution and begins serving Primavera in a financial capacity alongside her brother, Richard Maiougi.

Background
Stella was a leader of ones of the loose factions of prostitutes that comprised an early form of Primavera. She, along with Meryl Tanashi and Amanda Amamiya, endorsed Rose Haibara to be Madam. In truth, this was part of a larger plan to eventually steal the title from Rose.
Stella's knowledge of Chinese allows her to act as a liason between Primavera and Chinatown.
Appearance
Stella appears as a well-endowed woman with long purple hair and bright purple eyes. She typically wears a low-cut blue dress with a long red veil draped over her shoulders along with several pieces of circular golden jewelry.
