Background
Stella was a leader of ones of the loose factions of prostitutes that comprised an early form of Primavera. She, along with Meryl Tanashi and Amanda Amamiya, endorsed Rose Haibara to be Madam. In truth, this was part of a larger plan to eventually steal the title from Rose.
Stella's knowledge of Chinese allows her to act as a liason between Primavera and Chinatown.Appearance

Season 3
Stella retires from prostitution and begins serving Primavera in a financial capacity alongside her brother. She becomes romantically involved with Keith Kisaragi after he begins helping her look after Yuuji. Soon after, she is assassinated by Gabriel Kaburaya as part of "Operation: Great Justice."
