Summary
Rose Haibara throws an elaborate party, during which time she formally asks for the Wandering Dogs to work as her personal bodyguard team. She talks about her memories of Japanese culture, inspiring a change of heart within Zel, who was hesitant on whether or not she should follow through with killing Rose. She opts to forgo the assassination attempt and leaves the party to find her father. She is chased by Oliver Oribe and Wayne Uedera, who reveals Zel's true identity.
