Richard Maiougi (舞扇 リチャード, Maiōgi Richādo, born Taoshizou Maiougi) is a Japanese gangster. He is Stella Maiougi's brother and a member of Primavera. He primarily works in a financial capacity, working as a notary public on the surface and as a moneylender on the side.
