Summary

Wayne Uedera spares Zel under Rose Haibara's command and tells her to leave town. Oliver Oribe, Charles Chatani, and Nina Ninagi learn the truth of Zel's past from Meijiu Lee. Before she can leave town, Zel is kidnapped by the Golden Dragons.
