Mammon (マモン, Mamon) is advanced-level furniture created by Beatrice. Mammon is quick to grab whatever she wants, without any concern for her sisters. Her motto is "monopolize through greed". Therefore, she is usually the main cause of any arguments between the sisters. However, among the sisters, she is the most honest about her own feelings, and the one most likely to try and please the opposite sex. She is greedy, but a hard worker, and will stop at nothing to capture her target's affections for all eternity.

Background

After the Rokkenjima massacre, Ange Ushiromiya summons Mammon and the other stakes while training her magical abilities. During Ange's time at St. Lucia Academy, Mammon becomes a close friend who encourages Ange to achieve her goals as a witch.

Sayo Yasuda's perception of Mammon is based off of Manon, a servant Sayo met while at the Fukuin House.

Plot

Alliance of the Golden Witch

Mammon becomes a major character in Alliance of the Golden Witch as the sole remaining member of the Seven Stakes of Purgatory. Some time after the Rokkenjima massacre, the police closed their investigation and the items collected from Rokkenjima were returned to Eva Ushiromiya and Ange Ushiromiya, the living members of the Ushiromiya family. By the time Ange comes into possession of Kinzo Ushiromiya's set of occultic stakes, only one remained. Though it is possible to summon the other sisters without a physical vessel, Ange lacks the appropriate magical power to do so.
