Tamako Makimura (牧村 珠子, Makimura Tamako) is a side character in Onisarashi-hen. She is classmates with Natsumi Kimiyoshi and Chisato Saeki.
Profile
Background
In her early childhood, Tamako befriended Chisato Saeki and Akira Toudou, and the trio went on to attend the same school. Later on, Tamako befriended Natsumi Kimiyoshi, often defending her when other students pick on her.
Appearance
Tamako appears as a young girl with short purple hair and brown eyes. She is noticeably larger than other girls in Higurashi no Naku Koro ni. She is often seen wearing her orange and white school uniform.
Personality
Tamako is portrayed as calm and silent, especially compared to Natsumi Kimiyoshi and Chisato Saeki. After Natsumi is hospitalized, Tamako frequently visits her in order to cheer her up. Despite her generally pleasant personality, Tamako treats people from Hinamizawa with disdain after the Great Hinamizawa Disaster, referring to them as "freaks".
