Oliver returns in Season 3 as a talented member of Primavera's surveillance. He helps Keith Kisaragi and Alan Aramaki find the location of Davis Degawa. Later, he is betrayed by Richard Maiougi and used as a "sacrificial lamb" in Richard's retaliation against the Golden Dragons.
