Profile
Background
During World War II, Miguel was captured as a prisoner of war after a failed attack on an American camp. Miguel was tortured and mutilated by the Americans until he was eventually saved by Caleb Keireiji. Miguel began working for Caleb during the war; their partnership then extended into their business dealings in District 23.
Appearance
Personality
Miguel has an outwardly sadistic personality, though he suffers from severe PTSD due to his time in World War II. This manifests as debilitating nightmares. He is openly misogynistic, believing that women are not capable of suffering in the same way that men are.
Plot
Season 1
Miguel is seemingly killed during the Night of Roses and Guns during a fight against Wayne Uedera.
Season 2
Miguel is revealed to be alive when he reappears at the climax of Season 2, wherein he helps Rose Haibara overwhelm Yuanhong Wang.
