List of characters in Umineko no Naku Koro ni
The Ushiromiya family is a Japanese business family whose power traces back to the family's head, business magnate Kinzo Ushiromiya. The Ushiromiya family were once a powerful force within Japan but their power waned in the early 20th century. After the conclusion of World War II, Kinzo amassed a large fortune with legendary and ruthless business practices. Kinzo's connections and vast fortune brought the Ushiromiya family to a level of power greater than at any other point in the family's history.
