Okonogi (小此木) is a brigadier general in charge of the Gauntlet Knight squads of the AOU.

Profile

Okonogi harbors a strong hatred for the Selcom system and believes that its use weakens the brain.

Okonogi bears a strong resemblance to Tetsurou Okonogi, a recurring character in Higurashi no Naku Koro ni and Umineko no Naku Koro ni. However, considering that Ciconia no Naku Koro ni takes place 100 years after World War III, it is likely that this character is a distant descendant.
Following the release of the second demo, which included the data fragment "The Okonogi Crappy Collage Grand Prix", the official 07th Expansion Twitter account provided the sprites for Okonogi and encouraged fans to make their own humorous photoshopped images of Okonogi's face under the Twitter hashtags "#小此木クソコラ" and "#OkonogiCC".^[1]
