Praskovya

A member of the lesser AOU Gauntlet Knight squad Baba Yaga. In Phase 1: For You, the Replaceable Ones, she and her squadmates are killed during a battle between AOU Russia and COU China.

Central Ocean Union

Tiankai Liu

Lingji Liu's grandfather and a member of the COU Joint Parliament. In Phase 1: For You, the Replaceable Ones, he is killed alongside the other provisional directors at a worldwide peace treaty.

Africa Commonwealth Realm

Cyril Negentien Africacommonwealthrealm

A royal prince and Rethabile's older brother. He is assassinated in Phase 1: For You, the Replaceable Ones for attempting to reveal information leading to the World End Cult. Negentien is Dutch for "19".

Other

Mr. Gray

Mr. Gray is a member of the Order of Prometheus and a subordinate of Seshat. In Phase 1: For You, the Replaceable Ones, he is deemed a traitor and assaulted when Seshat discovers him attempting to reveal the secrets of the Three Kings to LATO officials. His fate is ultimately unknown.

Mario

A subordinate of Vier Dreissig. In Phase 1: For You, the Replaceable Ones, he is responsible for the superearthquake that disrupts the 8MS system. Shortly after causing the superearthquake, he commits suicide.

Maja

Maja is one of Gunhild's sisters. Gunhild regularly sends her money.
