The Latin American Treaty Organization, commonly referred to as LATO is a faction that forms the center axis of the world. LATO controls most of the world's supply of Spiritium and serve as the world's only hyperpower. The faction maintains a high quality of life and is the powerhouse of the world's military and economy.
LATO is not actively participating in the Battle Standard Festival but are facilitating it via the Healthy Military Balance Oversight Committee.
