Background

Keiko grew up with Miya Natsuki, Mikihiko Inaba, and Iyo Hikawa. She has two older sisters, both of whom live by themselves in Tokyo. She excels academically.

Plot

Keiko is suddenly hospitalized due to a worsening congenital heart condition, forcing her mother to take on a part-time job to help the family cover expenses.
