Hameln (ハメルン, Hamerun) is a youkai in Higanbana no Saku Yoru ni. As he is a relatively new youkai, he is unranked among the school youkai. It is said that if one hears the sound of castanets in the music room, they will be transformed into a rat. However, Hameln has the power to transform humans into any small animal, not just rats.
