Oliver Oribe (織部オリバー, Oribe Oribā, born Kouichi Oribe) is a Japanese gangster working under Primavera as part of the Wandering Dogs crew.

Profile

Oliver returns in Season 3 as a talented member of Primavera's surveillance. He helps Keith Kisaragi and Alan Aramaki find the location of Davis Degawa. Later, he is betrayed by Richard Maiougi and Morris Monobe, who use him as a "sacrificial lamb" in Richard's retaliation against the Golden Dragons, culminating in Oliver's death.
