Central Ocean Union

The Central Ocean Union, commonly referred to as the COU, is a faction spearheaded by China and India. It stands in opposition to the AOU and maintains much of the remaining pre-war traditions and values. IT is represented in the Battle Standard Festival by Baibao and Suparna.
