Kinzo Ushiromiya has made a point to have the room routinely cleaned so that it could be used at any time, however the room is never actually used. This led to the servants believing that the room is meant for the potential return of the witch Beatrice, Kinzo's lost love. It is revealed in Requiem of the Golden Witch that there is a rumor stating that Beatrice returns to the VIP room every morning at 2AM.
