Kinzo's gold refers to the ¥20 billion worth of gold Kinzo allegedly received from Beatrice.

Trivia

  • ¥20 billion amounts to only about $200 million by today's standards, however, if you account for the inflation between when Kinzo received the gold and the year of 1986, when the games take place, then the actual value of the gold amounts close to $1.2 billion or around ¥100 billion.
