The Irie Clinic or Irie Institution, is a medical clinic in Hinamizawa. It is named after the head doctor, Kyousuke Irie.

- The Irie Clinic was originally to be called the Takano Clinic. However, clients didn't like the idea of a young woman leading the clinic, so Kyousuke Irie was brought in and made director.
