International Peace Mediation Association

The International Peace Mediation Asscociation, or IPMA, is an organization created by LATO that seeks to preserve a healthy military balance by monitoring militaries all over the world. They also monitor development of 8MS to ensure no malicious designs are created. Their headquarters are located in LATO Brazil.
