Country Girl (カントリーガァル, Kantorīgāru) is a Japanese drama manga based off of the visual novel arc of the same name.

Plot

Mikihiko is leading a radiant middle school life with his three best friends, but fails his high school entry exams and stops coming to class altogether. And when his emotionally attached friend Keiko finds out, she tries everything to restore their past lives. How will the transition from middle to high school affect their personalities? What kind of fate awaits them?[1]
