Child Welfare Office
The Child Welfare Office is the Hinamizawa branch office of the Center of Child Protection. It becomes an important plot point in Minagoroshi-hen when Keiichi Maebara, Mion Sonozaki, Shion Sonozaki, Rena Ryuuguu, and Rika Furude along with countless others stage a protest against the office in an attempt to get the Center of Child Protection to open Satoko Houjou's abuse case and take her away from her violent uncle Teppei Houjou.
