That night, Keiichi receives a call from [[Satoko Houjou|Satoko]], who informs him that [[Teppei Houjou|her uncle]] had been arrested and thanks him for his help. The following day, Satoko joins her friends at the [[Watanagashi Festival]]. She leads Keiichi away to thank him for his actions and brings him to her home to give him something. While there, Teppei suddenly appears and assaults Keiichi with a bat. Keiichi manages to wrestle the bat away and beats Teppei to death with it. Satoko runs away in horror.
Keiichi wakes up in a hospital bed and is visited by [[Katsuya Kumagai]]. When Keiichi asks about Ooishi, Kumagai abruptly leaves. Some time later, Keiichi is visited by [[Rena Ryuuguu]], who claims that Ooishi crashed the Watanagashi Festival
