Zepafur (ゼパフル, Zepafuru) is a demon and major character of Harem Royale -When the Game Ends-.
Profile
Background
Before the events of Harem Royale -When the Game Ends-, Zepafur had been trapped in a mysterious object for an unknown length of time. Zepafur is extremely powerful, capable of willing an entire country into existence in an instant.
Appearance
Zepafur typically appears as a young girl with pointed ears and long bright red hair that reaches down to her back. She wears a thin strapped blue dress with a frilled white section in the center. She has a second form with an older appearance that wears armor-like clothing and seems to have antlers. However, this form requires a lot of magical energy and is rarely used. Zepafur occasionally transforms into a plush toy-like creature with long ears, stubby limbs and a demon like tail to conserve energy. This form features swirls on her head and cheeks.
Personality
Zepafur has a sadistic nature and revels in being able to torture the members of the Harem Royale. She is also obtuse to the workings of human relationships; she frequently fails to understand the reasoning behind Asunaro's fantasies and the girls that are a part of them.
Plot
Zepafur feels indebted to Asunaro Kohinata after he releases her from a mysterious vessel. As repayment, Zepafur creates the "Lovey-Dovey Harem Royale", a battle royale-style game wherein each participant has to try and win the affection of Asunaro. Each of the participants are girls from Asunaro's school that he fantasizes about.
Trivia
- Zepafur's name is likely a reference to Zepar and Furfur from Umineko no Naku Koro ni. Furthermore, all three demons are known for manipulating feelings of love.
