This lines up with the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, which was the largest aquarium in the world until 2005. However, the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium wasn't open until 2002, well after when the events of ''Umineko no Naku Koro ni'' typically take place, in 1986. This either implies that this scene takes place at some point in the future or is simply an anachronism.
