Shortly after moving to the island of [[Rokkenjima]], Rosa met [[Beatrice Ushiromiya]], Kinzo's hidden child. In an effort to help Beatrice escape her imprisonment in the [[Kuwadorian]], Rosa attempted to lead her through the surrounding forest towards the [[Ushiromiya mainMain buildingBuilding]]. On the way there, Beatrice slipped and fell from a cliff, dying instantly. Rosa feels lingering guilt for her involvement in the death, though she rarely mentions it.
