Shortly after moving to the island of [[Rokkenjima]], Rosa met [[Beatrice Ushiromiya]], Kinzo's hidden child. In an effort to help Beatrice escape her imprisonment in the [[Kuwadorian]], Rosa attempts to lead her through the surrounding forest towards the [[Ushiromiya main building]]. On the way there, Beatrice slipped and fell from a cliff, dying instantly.

Rosa appears as a fair skinned woman with medium-length brown hair with a hime cut. She is the least endowed of the Ushiromiya women. She wears a long, black, double-breasted gown combined with a red skirt and a white shirt. She has the [[One-Winged Eagle]] imprinted on her tie.
