Cyrus joins [[Richard Maiougi]] at Stella's grave. He remains with Richard after [[Rose Haibara]] begins her siege against Primavera, following him into the nearby church to take shelter. They are found by Rose and [[Leo Shishigami]]. The four reminisce about the beginning of their friendship before engaging in a shootout. Cyrus begins an honorable fistfight with Leo before being shot and killed by Rose.
